Creating an examination schedule and tips to remember

1. Create a daily schedule on a normal day to day basis that fulfils each criteria:

i) an active lifestyle, preferably exercise for 1 or 2 hours a day, for at least 3 days a week.

ii) A study schedule of which the time allocated should be dependent upon workload. And always do revision after every

iii) A slot allocated for free time

2) Do take very well of one’s health. Especially do watch what one eats. Imagine staring through the MacDonald’s of KFC window, watching the enticing burger float past one’s eyes, resisting one’s urge to sink our teeth into one of those. This is what we should be doing – maintain a healthy diet. Of course, we can all enjoy the pleasures of life, but lets just make fast food restaurants an occasional fling and not a constant stakeout. Besides, decent healthy food from the local food court aint such a bad thing.

3) Also, as a tip never sleep late. Allow our body to always have the rest it needs. Sleeping late to make for time lost is never the option as it will make us as tired as ever. Its like a vicious cycle of lethargy. And eventually we will breakdown sooner or later. And Gosh, we wouldn’t want that, do we?

In preparing for our examinations, we must be healthy. We should stay healthy by exercising regularly, eating nutritious meals and snacks, and getting sufficient sleep will help the maintain the vitality of your brain and nervous system, allowing you to function at peak performance. Thus, I say we should all take a holistic approach to systematic health to ensure academic success.

Exercising regularly

To clam the examination jitters, working out may be the exact solution. Sometimes, breathing in the fresh air from the park, taking a walk down the park for a change might just be the exact distressing solution for all of us.

Well from personal experience, working out will develop our physical and cardiac muscles. As a result, we will feel stronger than never before, day by day. We will also fall sick less often if we are physically active.

Methods of exercising vary from doing pushups to running to swimming. Well, I say that we choose an exercise from our interest and develop that. We will feel fresher after every exercise and definitely be in the best of moods to take our exams.

Eating nutritious foods and snacks
First of all, we need food to keep our vitals alive. We need all the energy we can get ! Therefore, it is very important to eat the right food.

First of all, know when to pamper yourself. The thought of eating at fast food restaurants should be placed at the back seat. Rather, lets go for some nutritious foods. Why not choose to consume, healthier food options. Like a lettuce meal, cooling fruits. Try to keep away from fried food as much as you can. Also, eat according to the food pyramid for a healthy guideline choice. I bet you will not ever feel sickly again.

Getting sufficient sleep
As a teenager myself, I can wholly admit that its hard to not sleep late. Man. This is something I struggle with. Usually, I find that the older I get the later I sleep, and the more tired I feel in school. 1am, 2am are common sleeping night clocks for me. As change, I feel that we should keep away from such bad practices.

According to most doctors and pharmacists, a healthy sleep time is around 8 hours. However, most teenagers only have around 5 to 6 hours of sleep during a normal school day. Try to sleep at 10pm even though that might be quite early. But for a stronger, healthy body, why not head to towards this lifestyle change. Academic success will then grow from the limelight into a fiery flame.

Sometimes, examination get down on us. Learning to face it is the key, learning to how to do that matters. Welcome to my blog on examination tips. And well, hope you find the info. useful. haha. lets go.
